According to the requirements of the product requirements control procedure in the ISO9001 quality system, the quality control and inspection of this project is divided into the following three aspects:

1. Raw material inspection

The quality inspection department shall inspect the raw materials in accordance with the material inspection procedures, first check whether the supplier is in the list of qualified suppliers; the supplier shall provide relevant certificates such as the certificate of conformity and quality certificate of relevant products, and then carry out the inspection after they are verified to be qualified by the quality inspector. According to different materials, use corresponding instruments and visual inspection, measurement, test, experience inspection and other methods to determine whether they are qualified, record and fill in the incoming inspection form for the test data and situation (class a products), inform the materials department in time of any non-conforming products, and implement the non-conforming products according to the control procedure for non conformity and control procedure for corrective and preventive measures. If there is no conformity certificate or quality certificate, the quality inspection department shall refuse to inspect until necessary information is provided. For the qualified materials, the quality inspector shall sign on the warehousing sheet for confirmation, and the warehouse shall handle the warehousing procedures.

2. Process inspection

Carry out the inspection of production process in accordance with the product inspection procedures to ensure that the qualified rate of process sampling inspection is ≥ 95%, and sign the inspection results on the process flow card for confirmation. After the products are produced in each process, the recipients of each process shall carry out self inspection and mutual inspection according to the drawings and process requirements, and the next process can be carried out after the products are accepted and signed on the process flow card; if the products are unqualified, the next process can be carried out According to the control procedure for non conforming products and the control procedure for corrective and preventive measures, make correction and treatment on site. The main control point of this project is assembly and welding.

3. Inspection equipment

According to the process requirements of the project products, instrument measurement shall be carried out to ensure the qualification rate of the final products is 100%. Our company has X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector and other monitoring equipment with good performance, which can meet our product inspection requirements.
