This machine is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of stainless steel keg. And this machine can do the works washing, sterilizing and CO2 pressure preparing automatically.
The machine control unit adopts Germany's Siemens Logo, Control the whole process. All the control parameters (time value) can be adjusted with no-stop. This equipment is easy to operate, by selecting the switch Settings and change the cleaning head can be realized for different draft beers barrel and preservation barrels. The machine is including water-saving and power-saving in one, it can save water 50%.
Working procedure
Stainless steel keg washing procedure :
Compress→ air blast residual →clean with clean water→ air blast →clean with hot alkaline water→ air blast(recycle to alkaline water tank)→clean with hot water→ air blast(recycle to clean water tank)→steam sterilize→ steam pressure maintaining→ clean with sterile water→ air blast to hot water tank →CO2 preparation→ cylinder return
